Congratulations to the incomparable Angela Bassett upon receiving an Honorary Oscar®, presented by Regina King at the 14th Governors Awards held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood last night on January 9, 2023.

During this prestigious Hollywood event, the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored Mel Brooks, Nathan Lane, and Carol Littleton with an honorary Oscar® statuette.

The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award was presented to Michelle Satter by Ryan Coogler and Chloé Zhao. This event was produced by Oscar-nominated producer Jennifer Fox and hosted by John Mulaney.
