Last night, Thursday, June 6th, the BET Media Group presented a magical evening at Neuehouse Hollywood showcasing their riveting television series and live variety specials during an FYC (For Your Consideration) Emmy Event. Creatives and talent in attendance at the event included popular shows “America in Black,” “Average Joe,” “BET Awards 2023,” “Celebrity Squares,” “Diarra From Detroit,” “Kingdom Business,” and “The Ms. Pat Show.”
BET has truly excelled with its original programming, a fact that was celebrated at the event. The hard work that goes forth in front of the camera and behind the scenes was showcased via descriptive panels, a reception, and an electrifying performance from Grammy winner Kirk Franklin, joined by Serayah. They performed their Emmy-eligible song, “That Way,” from Kingdom Business on the rooftop of Neuehouse Hollywood.
