“Baddies South” Houston Premiere

Glitter&Gumbo pulled up to the Zeus Network’s “Baddies South” red carpet premiere in Houston on Sunday, June 12. BADDIES SOUTH is the newest original series on the Zeus Network starring Natalie Nunn, Persuasion, Jela, Bri, Rollie Polie, Anne Moore, Slim, and Chrisean Rock. The series is airing now with episode one in full swing, pun intended?.

The cast and special guests were adorned in some of the most distinctive fashion pieces as they graced the red carpet with energy through the roof. Glitter&Gumbo spoke with a few guests to get their perspective on how we all can be a “Baddie” in the community and the type of sauce/seasoning one can bring to the table of life. View a quick recap footage from the premiere below.

As an executive producer and cast member on the BADDIES SOUTH series, Natalie Nunn is no stranger to reality television and the drama that exudes from this lifestyle due to her popularity as a member of the television series “Bad Girls Club” in which she first appeared in 2009.

Fast forward to 2022 as we watch the reality series gas keeps guzzling for Natalie Nunn. She is continuing the franchise with an emphasis on the Bad Boy persona, which was previously filmed in Los Angeles and premiered on Sunday, March 20, 2022. And now the fun will begin in Houston as The “Bad Boys: Houston” edition held auditions this past weekend to find the baddest representatives for the show in the Bayou City.

Thus far, the BADDIES SOUTH premiere cast brought the constant heat to H-town on the red carpet as they showcased their star-studded personalities. Rollie Polie is a hoot full of comedic laughter, and Bri knows how to serve the camera. Several of the ladies must’ve understood the assignment to wear silver or a silver/black combination as their attire sparkled beautifully. All the BADDIES I could get a first-hand glimpse of were looking gorgeous.

One particular moment that shouldn’t have thrown me off guard was a little tussle between Stylist and “Bad Boys: Los Angeles” cast member James Wright, who popped off on Keno the Rapper, a potential cast member of the upcoming “Bad Boys: Houston” web series. The crowd turned when everyone heard a scuffle and gasped with, “Ooh and ah,” as the energy shifted to the bodyguards holding everyone back. Therefore the drama was in full effect off screen as well.

Overall, the ZEUS Network is building a marketable brand they have no plans to let go of any time soon. If you’re a fan of drama, need a good laugh and desire to guess who will throw the first punch in an argument, BADDIES SOUTH is here for your entertainment.
