Well America, the time has finally come for us to select the next President of the United States. After all the mud slinging and name calling, one candidate will be declared the winner and the anticipation is mounting. I must admit that I thoroughly enjoy watching the electoral college map light up as its significance plays a critical role in our future. 270 electoral votes or more is all our next President needs to win.
For this election, my family and I made sure our voices were heard as we drove to the polls early to cast our vote together. Around this time tomorrow night we will either be laughing or crying. I pray we cry tears of joy as the candidate who will lead the poor and middle class citizens forward and not backward is elected.
I’m sure there will be plenty of watch parties around the country along with some good food. When you really think about it, this election process has really been a soap opera because these are the Days of Our Lives and the World Will Turn upside down if Trump is elected.
