This is a revenge game although the intended target, the Oakland Raiders, are playing the Carolina Panthers. The Raiders showed us a few of their weaknesses and I hope the Panthers were paying attention and will use this opportunity wisely. Give the Raiders a run for their money and allow us to have a sigh of relief.

As I stated before the Houston Texans looked pretty good last Monday night despite the L on our record. Next up we have The San Diego Chargers. This is an interesting team that has suffered from numerous player injuries this year. When RB Danny Woodhead got hurt, part of my fantasy team began to crumble and it was a sad day indeed.

Therefore many of the Chargers are needing to step up at times and they seem all over the place. We should never discredit an NFL team however their dysfunction may work to our advantage. I actually like the Chargers and enjoy watching them when they’re healthy and strong.

Phillip Rivers is a quarterback that is well trained and provides some valuable experience. However, expect to see Phillip sacked at least two times during this game. I have the Texans as my defense in one of my fantasy leagues and I will be happy to enter them this week in my lineup.

Now it’s time for our “Gumbo Challenge” segment. I am looking forward to watching the following Texans players defeat the challenge below and set a record.
