After watching last week’s episode of Being Mary Jane, I came up with three phrases to describe the whirlwind of events that occurred:
1.) Rubber Band Man – Mary Jane showed us all a thing or two when it comes to making your requests known in the bedroom. Who knew something so simple could be an effective tool?
2.) Spill This Tea – Kara, played by Lisa Vidal always keeps her ears to the streets and will let Mary Jane know when an opportunity is knocking. There is so much juicy information being shared around this New York newsroom that you will have your ears glued to the television.
3.) Who Gon’ Take My Spot, Boo? – Rhonda Sales played by Valarie Pettiford will check you in a heartbeat and she is not in the mood for games. As the veteran lead anchor, Rhonda is not ready for fresh meat to claim her spot. It will be interesting to find out as the season comes along if she really has Mary Jane’s best interest at heart.
