YEBBA – “Distance”
YEBBA is the childhood nickname and stage alias of Abbey Smith. Her accomplishments include backing Chance the Rapper on Saturday Night Live and receiving accolades of fandom from Ed Sheeran before presenting her debut single, “Evergreen,” in 2017. YEBBA is also a Grammy-winning singer whose intro for the 2020 single “Distance” takes me back to the days of watching old school television sitcoms and reminiscing on the good ole days.
JONATHAN MCREYNOLDS – “Movin’ On”
Congratulations to Jonathan McReynolds on his first GRAMMY® Award win. Announced during the 63rd Annual GRAMMY® Awards Premiere Ceremony, McReynolds won Best Gospel Performance/Song for his Billboard Gospel #1 hit single “Movin’ On” with Mali Music (K Approved Enterprises/RCA Inspiration). The conversation amongst friends takes an interesting twist when a question is raised and every one shares their perspectives on relationships. The group includes men who are divorced, single, married, and engaged. “DISTANCE” (REMIX) was written by Rhyan LaMarr, Datin, Kia Rayford and co-written and produced by Andrew Fridge and Jabari Manu Rayford and is available on all streaming and download platforms now. “Distance” (REMIX) is the lead single from Rhyan LaMarr’s upcoming sophomore album.

BITTERSWEET – After 7
After a 20 year hiatus from the studio, the group members came together and recorded with the writing and production team of Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds and Daryl Simmons. They released the landmark album “Timeless” which landed five Top 10 hits on the Billboard Urban AC Charts.
In May 2019, the group mourned the sudden loss of Melvin Edmonds, the father of the gifted and talented Jason Edmonds who stepped in to continue the legacy in both live concerts and recordings until July 2019. It was then that vocalist, Danny ‘SkyHigh’ McClain joined Kevon Edmonds and Keith Mitchell to create a masterful woven tapestry of music for SRG-ILS/RoseWorks. . The first single, “Bittersweet” is available on all platforms now and will be followed by the May 14th release of the highly anticipated album titled, “UNFINISHED BUSINESS”. Listen Here.
