I’m dealing with grief right now due to the death of my child’s father, so lately I haven’t had the energy to write or post on the website. As a Black creative and a Black woman raising a young black male, it is my duty to stand up for our rights and our future.
We continuously pray for the family of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and all of the lives that were lost due to the consistent racism practices within our country, the United States of America.
It is our hope that we unite with this new generation to bring about change for the greater good of all humanity. It is our goal to live out the words in their true meaning when we say, “One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
