Comedian Ramy Youssef & Friends Bring A Night Of Laughter To Houston

Hulu held a swanky event last night at the White Oak Music Hall in Houston, Texas to celebrate the release of Comedian Ramy Youssef’s self titled series, “Ramy” streaming now on the Hulu platform. The comedy tour featured Dusti Rhodes, Crystal Powell, Keisha Hunt, Dave Merheje and headliner Ramy Youssef.

Guests enjoyed complimentary drinks and a chill atmosphere as the sound of laughter permeated amongst a packed crowd of attendees. Comedian Crystal Powell represented as host and pumped our energy up for a group of friends that uniquely told their own personal stories of culture from a humorous realistic point-of-view.

When Ramy Youssef came out the crowd went wild. A bellow of cheers rang forth as he started his set explaining the problematic consequences if his Aunt, who lives in Houston, were to discover the comedic banter her nephew discussed due to unauthorized video recording. Michael Jackson, R-Kelly, and Jussie Smollett were thrown into the spotlight as Ramy shared his significant intake on the celebrity occurrences.

Overall, it was refreshing to witness a diverse group of guests come out and support an individual from the Muslim community who is not afraid to step out and live life boldly, while following his dreams.

Be sure to check out Ramy’s 10-episode comedy series streaming now on Hulu.
