This is another heartbreaking story. Tina Galan, mother of Noah, realized her son was having an asthma attack and called 911 during the Hurricane Harvey disaster. Due to extreme flooding help could not arrive to her location. Therefore she ran outside her apartment holding her son and a neighbor placed them in his truck. While driving, they flagged down an ER vehicle and they contacted life flight for assistance. Noah was transported to Texas Children’s Hospital however, he did not survive. Billionaire Texas native and CEO of Dell Technologies, Michael Dell, and his wife Susan, are committing $36 million to help aid victims of Hurricane Harvey. Michael Dell grew up in the Meyerland area of Houston and was devastated by the occurrence of the natural disaster.

Half of the amount will be given to launch the Texas Rebuild Fund, and a matching campaign has started that will continue through midnight Monday, September 4.
