On Sunday, July 12, 2020, it was reported that Houston recording artist/rapper, Megan Thee Stallion, was injured during a shooting at a house party in Los Angeles, CA.
Previous reports stated that she suffered an injury to her foot from broken glass; however, we now know the extent of what really happened that night.
Megan released a statement to set the record straight and asked for support as she works toward a healthy recovery.
Rapper Tory Lanez was also with Megan Thee Stallion on the night of the incident. He was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon and is currently out on bail.
