During a recent trip to the grocery store, I discovered some cool black jalapeños and thought it would be great to experiment with this unique pepper in the kitchen.
Lately, on the social media platform TikTok, there’s been a craze to stuff jalapeños with various things; however, I wanted to try these peppers in an unsuspecting manner. Growing up in the kitchen, I couldn’t stand spicy foods or hot peppers. Thankfully, my palate has developed into a more expansive and brightened horizon world.

Cooking Notes:
I used cinnamon bread; however, you can use white or any other variation you desire.
Try roasting your tomatoes and jalapeños in the oven first, to minimize the extra moisture before adding the mixture on the toast.
Drizzle the final product with honey for a little sweet pizazz or parmesan cheese.
