I will begin this review with, OMG! The Trufflin-NYC company delivers a top-quality product that is now a part of my wildest kitchen dreams. Read more about the brand’s journey into development here. As a lover of all things truffle, I had to try this sauce for myself. After tasting one teaspoon of their Black Truffle Ranch, my palate experienced an exciting explosion of delicious flavors.
The Sriracha Sauce is also incredible and allows you to savor the Black Truffle and chili peppers without overpowering your tongue with heat. This is the Sriracha experience I have been waiting for. The picture below depicts a dish I created with roasted cauliflower, cheese, cilantro, and topped it with the Trufflin Sriracha Sauce. The result is delicious.
