A$AP Rocky (Recording Artist) and Gordon Wagener (Chief Designer of Daimler Group) sat down to discuss “How Design Makes The Difference” during a SXSW Live Talk panel.
When asked about a non modern choice of vehicle (Mercedes-Benz Rally Car) for his latest project’s music video shoot, A$AP Rocky explained his process for being different and extraordinary, “I’m in a metamorphosis of my life and career. So I’m maturing and my taste is maturing.” I salute A$AP for his innovative approach towards evolving into a man he’s comfortable with displaying to the world.
Gordon Wagener, also shared his unique role and belief in the future of design when he stated, “Automotive industry is in a change. We are changing the car in the next ten to fifteen years probably more than in the past 130 years before” which solidifies the need for more innovative thinkers in the automotive realm.
