Oprah’s Favorite Things 2020 ‘Foodie’ Feature: Zach & Zoe Sweet Bee Farm

Oprah Winfrey reveals her Favorite Things for the 2020 Holiday Season. Many businesses reap worldwide recognition for simply being uttered from Oprah’s vocal cords as her go-to item.

In 2004, you may remember when Oprah gave away brand new Pontiac automobiles to her studio audience and bellowed with excitement the words, “You get a car!” This colossal gift will forever go down as one of the most unbelievable moments in television history. We can agree that most viewers from home daydreamed about being in that audience. Every year after that, our eyes were glued for the revealing of this famous list.

Although no one will be receiving a new car this year, Oprah and her team decided to focus a majority of the selections on Black-Owned businesses. Therefore 50 out of the 72 items are Black-Owned, or Black Led companies with exceptional products.

In honor of this occasion, Glitter&Gumbo decided to join in on the fun and purchase a few items from the “Foodie” edition to support this Black-Owned initiative.

All of the items on Oprah’s list can be purchased via Amazon or the business’ website. If you decide to purchase from the company website, use the discount code: OPRAH; to receive 20% off your total cart purchase.

I am delighted to share our first feature with an item frequently used in my kitchen, honey. Read here to learn the inspirational story of how the Zach & Zoe Sweet Bee Farm got started.

As a fan of eating more natural and healthier foods, I’m excited to add this brand to my kitchen pantry. I, too, have allergies and childhood eczema frustrations that annoy me in adulthood. Allowing this honey to operate within its crystallized (solid) form sustains the beneficial ingredients’ potency.

Overall, this honey is absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to create some food recipes with the Zach & Zoe Sweet Bee brand.
