It’s time to dive into a southern favorite and make some donut fritters with fruit. On today’s recipe, I would like to share my rendition using peaches and balsamic vinegar.
Some recipes use baking powder; however, I used baking soda because it’s in my pantry. There is a unique difference between the powder and soda version. The acidity from the peach balsamic will cover the substitution.
If you don’t remember anything else, please make sure you’re oil is hot. It may be easier to fill a pot with oil and cook over the stove. You can add a fruit sauce or chocolate syrup as a dip too. Have fun, and enjoy these delicious bites while they’re hot and crispy.
