8TH ANNUAL amfAR GALA LOS ANGELES 2017
The 8th annual amfAR Gala Los Angeles was recently held on October 13, 2017 to support The Foundation for AIDS Research. Guests were invited to Ron Burkle’s Green Acres Estate in Beverly Hills, California to raise funds for an important cause. Moët Hennessy proudly served as the Signature Sponsor and Official Wine and Spirits Partner for the event.
To further support amfAR’s fundraising, Moët Hennessy offered a one-of-a-kind, live-auction lot created specifically for amfAR Gala Los Angeles, an Australian Wine Excursion with Cape Mentelle.
With Moët Hennessy’s support, amfAR has been able to fund 18 Innovation grants to scientific teams that include 74 scientists in all, as well as invest in game-changing, multi-year projects like the amfAR Institute for HIV Cure Research, the only consortium of its kind in the world.
