Georgia Teachers Keep Their Creativity Poppin’ Amid Covid-19

If you follow TikTok music trends, rapper Jack Harlow’s single “What’s Poppins” has created a whirlwind among young and old fans. Therefore educators Callie Evans and Audri Williams collaborated on a video project produced by Overstreet Media Services to get their students hype for the new school year amid Covid-19.

Teachers embrace a profession that is often overlooked and under-appreciated. Despite the obstacles many educators face across the country with adapting to virtual learning, Evans and Williams are using Hip-Hop to elevate their voices to a higher degree.

The Monroe High School Cheerleaders graciously appeared as back-up dancers to create this snazzy video for their peers.
