Sweetie Pie’s Heir James Timothy Norman Arrested and Charged With Alleged Murder For Hire Conspiracy

China Lee, a Jackson, MS producer at WLBT News, reported that James Timothy Norman has been arrested and charged with conspiracy in alleged murder-for-hire plot in the death of Andre Montgomery. Read more about the arrest here via WLBT.

This news is heartbreaking and unbelievable to report. If you are a fan of the OWN series “Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s,” Miss Robbie, Tim, and her restaurant journey became a staple to watch on Saturday evenings. With family being the pillar that builds the backbone of Miss Robbie’s business success, violence also rears its ugly head through the loss of her firstborn son and grandson, Andre Montgomery. These young men lost their lives due to gun violence.

The FBI has been involved in the death investigation of Andre Montgomery and provided a detailed report listing their findings for the arrest. More information on the case is available but restricted to assist law enforcement and agents in further developing this case.

In the FBI document, the agent states that James Timothy Norman allegedly conspired with Terica Ellis to carry out the horrific death of Andre Montgomery that occurred on March 14, 2016.

The case report is available for public review and shared below. My sincerest prayers go out to Miss Robbie, Tim Jr., and the entire family. This news is difficult to digest.
