Sources are confirming Houston billionaire Tilman J. Fertitta is the new Rockets franchise owner. In a press release from the Houston Rockets, current owner Leslie Alexander states he felt confident in handing over his franchise to Fertitta who will continue the organization’s winning tradition on and off the court.
If you’re not aware of who Tilman J. Fertitta is, you may be familiar with eating inside of his restaurants. As the 100% owner of Landry’s Inc. Fertitta is said to be worth $3.1B.
